Rippon Homes Stamps Out Duty for Everyone this Easter

HOME hunters in Mansfield are in for a treat this Easter with four of Rippon Homes’ developments in the town offering the egg-cellent deal of stamp duty paid.

Even though last week’s Budget saw the Government scrap stamp duty for first-time buyers on properties worth up to £250k, Rippon Homes has gone one step further by scrapping it for all types of buyers on many of their available homes in Mansfield.

The offer is available only over the Easter weekend on four of its developments however, so interested parties are being encouraged to make the move now before it’s too late.

Rippon’s Debdale Rise, Heathside Gardens, Meadow Bank and Woodhouse Gardens developments will be open from Good Friday to Bank Holiday Monday meaning that will be plenty of opportunity to find the perfect new home and the perfect moving package.
