Rippon Homes is growing … We have a new exciting development in Woodall Spa and would welcome applications from candidates who are experienced in a customer facing role and/or selling off plan and know how to manage their purchasers through a 1st class customer journey.  If you are calm, engaging, organised, professional, friendly  and used to using the computer then you might just be who we are looking for. We will consider candidates who have not worked in New Homes before but have held a customer fronting role.

FLOATING SALES EXECTUIVE

You will be an integral part of the Rippon Homes sales team ensuring the developments are fully manned at all time, rota is kept updated and that all our purchasers needs are met be it from a development or working from head office dealing with enquires.  You will also get involved with approving marketing, price lists and brochures if you have time…  This is a new role for us and we are excited to be expanding the team to provide our purchasers with a 1st class customer journey.

Competitive basic salary plus commission including on upgrades and extras.

FLOATING SALES EXECUTIVE

We are growing our sales team again…

This is a new position within the team and a pivotal role for the business.  We are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to cover and support all of our developments within the East Midlands region. It will be your responsibility to ensure all developments are covered and each and every customers needs are catered for when the development sales executive is away.  You will always be focused on achieving sales, updating customers and having our purchasers satisfaction at the heart of everything you do.

 

You will need to be fully conversant with government selling schemes, progress chasing and closing the sale.  You may be asked to compile competitor reports and markets research, proof read adverts,  brochures and price lists as well as helping to launch new developments.  You will be a much valued support for the whole of the sales team and as such need to be ale to think on your feet.
