Part Time Sales Administrator

Rippon Homes are a well-known local property developer based in Mansfield.

We are seeking a competent, Sales Administrator to assist in the daily functions of a busy Sales department. This would involve processing reservation forms, colour choices, customer extras and preparing handover packs.

IT experience is of prime importance as the role will involve collating sales figures, updating Rightmove, utilising Linkedin and Email Campaigns so marketing experience would be an advantage, including updating the Sales Progress chasing system.

This position would be based on a six month contract with hours by negotiation which would necessitate circa 15 hours a week.

We are now seeking to recruit highly motivated, articulate, personable and presentable Sales Executives to join our friendly team.

Preferably experienced in New Homes or Agency Residential Sales, you will be responsible for securing sales and guiding prospective purchasers through the New Home buying process.

Ideally you will be target driven, reliable and computer literate with a passion for the New Homes Industry.

Hours are normally 10.30am – 5.30pm Thursday to Monday including weekends and bank holidays.

You will be rewarded with an excellent package to reflect experience and performance.
