We are looking for staff for exciting new Rippon Homes developments which will be opening in the next few months. Responsible for the sales office and show home on one of our new build sites, you will guide potential purchasers through the major journey of purchasing a new home.

 

Preferably experienced in either new homes or agency residential sales, you will thrive in a target-driven sales environment, be numerate, articulate and well-presented and enjoy customer interaction.

 

Hours are normally Thursday to Monday 10.30am to 5.30pm including all weekends and Bank Holidays.

Rewards are high, and will reflect experience and ability.

Land Assistant/Buyer

Mansfield

Rippon Homes Ltd are looking for an outgoing energetic person with a technical bent who can understand drawings and OS Plans. Has a desire to be successful in land and has completed or is about to complete a building/land qualification, not necessarily at degree level.

 

Who are we looking for? Outgoing personality who is able to talk to all types of people and get information from a stone whilst being discrete and diplomatic, not afraid of hard work, long days and varied workloads and has a full driving licence. The ability to read architects drawings and OS plans, an inquisitive attitude to find all the relevant information, you must be looking to develop negotiating skills and interpersonal skills, you should be excel proficient but not afraid to learn new ICT skills.

 

What are we offering? You will shadow the existing land buyer whilst developing your skills to be a proficient land buyer yourself. You will assist/learn from the in-house design team, commercial team and sales team about planning, design and build processes, you will also gain information to enhance your knowledge and skill set in terms of negotiations this is initially a junior role but you will be encouraged and mentored to become a key land person in our company.
