Our proposal is for 42 three and four-bed semi-detached and detached houses along with nine affordable two-bed apartments to transform the former horticultural nursery on Welham Road in the sought-after market town of Retford.

The charming town of Retford is famed for its longstanding market, which has been a key part of the community for almost 800 years. Today it boasts a wide variety of wares between the weekly craft and collectors’ markets, monthly farmers market, and regular open-air market. Ideal for commuters, Retford is well placed for access to Sheffield, Doncaster, Lincoln, Worksop and Nottingham.

The A1 and motorway are close by and the town benefits from the mainline railway station, which has an excellent rail service to London Kings Cross.

Set in a lovely location on the North West peripheries of the town, new Rippon homeowners will be treated to views of the open countryside and the Chesterfield Canal. Retford has everything needed for daily life including plenty of pubs; the recently refurbished gastro pub, The Hop Pole, which is within walking distance of the development.
