Refund and cancellation policy
You are within your rights to cancel your reservation prior to exchange of contracts. Should you terminate your reservation Agreement prior to exchange of contracts then we may retain the Reservation Deposit payment for costs incurred as set out within the Reservation Agreement. The amount retained will be detailed and is subject to the terms of your Reservation Agreement with us which explains the circumstances in which we may retain your Reservation Deposit which is dependent on the purchase scheme you are using. All reservation using Help to buy are subject to 0 cancellation fees. All extras and optional upgrades are paid for in full at point or ordering and are subject to a no refund policy due to the requirement to pre-order and pre fit items that are an extra or upgrade. Should you wish to cancel a reservation after exchange of contracts then we would refer you to the contracts documentation and to take advice from your solicitor in the first instance.
