At Rippon Homes we are committed to supporting local communities
wherever we build new homes.
We are proud to provide a total of £350,516 in community contributions for
the village of Welton.
We have contributed towards the following areas:

Roman Meadow is an ideal development for families, so prospective homebuyers will be pleased with our significant contribution for schools in and around Welton.
The homes are also attractive for commuters, so we have provided money towards maintaining the highway.
We will be transferring nine two bedroom homes at Roman Meadow to affordable housing provider Acis, which will bring much needed affordable homes to Welton, once they are built.
Our contributions will not only benefit new homebuyers at our development but also the local residents of Welton, as we believe in the importance of helping local communities.
