COVID-19 notice: Sunday 1st November 2020

We understand that news this weekend of a second national lockdown will be concerning, however from Wednesday 5th November the housing market and the construction sector will remain open.

Under the new guidance, our teams continue to work hard to deliver our customers’ homes on time so that completions can still go ahead, following strict safety measures.

Any visits to site will be by appointment only and customers must continue to arrive on time, provide contact details or scan the NHS QR code, adhere to social distancing and wear appropriate PPE, including gloves and a face covering.

Naturally, anyone experiencing any Coronavirus symptoms or undertaking a quarantine period must not come to our developments in person.

From 5th  November our trades people will only be able to attend to emergencies such as an escape of water or gas, or to resolve an electricity or heating failure, and to conduct external works.

As a responsible housebuilder the safety of our workforce and that of our customers must takes priority at all times.

We will continue to assess the guidance as the situation evolves.
