COVID-19 notice: Tuesday 5th January 2021

In line with the latest Government advice, construction, buying, and selling of homes can continue under the latest national lockdown, and so we’d like to reiterate the measures we have put into place to keep our co-workers and customers safe.

Our sales offices and showhomes remain open on a strict appointment basis for individual households only. Accompanied visits of completed or part-completed properties are not possible at this time, however we have produced a home demonstration video for our purchasers, which can be viewed here.

Customers must continue to provide contact details or scan the NHS QR code, adhere to social distancing and wear appropriate PPE, including gloves and a face covering. Some PPE will be available on site, but it’s recommended to bring your own if possible.

Please arrive promptly at the allotted time, to allow sufficient time to clean the sales office between appointments and wait outside the office until the sales team is ready to welcome you inside.

We ask that anyone experiencing any Coronavirus symptoms or undertaking a quarantine period does not come to our developments. Please contact the development ahead of your appointment and the team will be happy to reschedule.

In accordance with the latest guidelines our tradespeople can only attend properties to conduct emergency maintenance work provided they are the only people in the property. They will be wearing full Covid PPE and will clean the work area thoroughly once the work is completed.

We will continue to assess the guidance as the situation evolves, but please be assured that the safety of our workforce and our customers is our priority.

Thank you for your patience and co-operation.
