East Midlands housebuilder Rippon Homes has appointed an Assistant Site Manager to help drive construction at a new Lincolnshire development.

Alan Isaac, 56, has joined the team at Roman Meadow, with three and four-bedroom family homes coming soon, at Welton, near Lincoln.

Alan, who lives in Grantham, has gained long experience in the construction trade, having started working life as a painter and decorator. He was previously an assistant site manager for 15 years, having taken a three-year break from the industry as a driving instructor. He also worked for several national housebuilders.

I was very happy to have joined the Rippon Homes team after hearing they were looking for assistant site managers. It is great working for a family-run firm that has such a friendly feel. The company has an excellent reputation for providing great homes, as well as being a good employer.

As Assistant Site Manager at Roman Meadow I aim to continue to build high quality housing and my ambition is to win a NHBC award for development.”

Started in 1953, Rippon Homes is renowned for delivering craftsmanship, care and comfort, in new homes built to exacting standards.
